Minna Antova
Minna Antova lives and works in Baden bei Wien. She was born in Sofia in Bulgaria and studied philosophy and art history at Vienna University as well as painting and architecture at the Academy of Fine Arts.
Her work focuses on the areas of construction and deconstruction of cultural memory in public spaces and gender relationships. She can look back on numerous exhibitions in Vienna, London and Madrid as well as in Guatemala, China, Bulgaria, Germany and Poland. On Vienna University Campus she was responsible for the banners at its opening in 1998 and the wall frescos in the gender research department between courts 1 and 7.
