Château de Malmaison

The Château de Malmaison to the west of Paris was the residence of Emperor Napoleon and his wife Joséphine. In Swiss historical writings the provisional, federalist 2nd Helvetic constitution, conceived by Napoleon, is known as the Malmaison constitution.
