Constanze Mozart
Constanze Mozart’s family lived in Mannheim. In 1781 Mozart met up with the Webers, who had since moved to Vienna.
On August 4, 1782 Constanze and Wolfgang married without public notice and without parental consent. Judging by Mozart’s letters it was a happy marriage. She gave him the inspiration he needed for his compositions.
